Mr. Clyde N. “Butch” Jones
Butch Jones is a graduate of Texas Tech University (1982) with a BBA in accounting. His professional background includes four years of public accounting in Dallas, TX, working for clients such as Trammell Crow and Lincoln Properties. He then spent six years as a partner in a Dallas, TX based general contractor, JMD – Donahoe Construction, Inc. followed by seven years as principal in CCG Commercial Construction Group, Inc., a national construction management services company. Mr. Jones sold CCG to a publicly traded company, Specialty Management Group (SMG), Inc. (wholly owned subsidiary of American Eco – NASDAQ: ECGO), where he acted as president and CEO. After three years at SMG, where annual sales exceeded $60 million annually, Mr. Jones moved from Dallas to Rockwall, TX in order to focus on building for a smaller client base. Mr. Jones has extensive experience in design-build, ground up construction, retail finish-outs, as well as development and financing. In August 2010, Mr. Jones joined with his son Derek to lead CCG Commercial Construction Group. Current clients include Henry S. Miller, Great Lakes Development, as well as other national retailers that Mr. Jones has built for over the years.
